Abstract :

Abstract

This research paper has to do with the study of scums and their jurisprudence in the Islamic Feqh as important subject which needs to be clarificd , concerning its immaculation and its sale leqislation as well as its legality to be used in various aspects such as : food preparation , medicine combinations , watering plantation , and different industriatizations

I divided this research into three main sections .

In the first chapter I talked about the definition of scums conventionally and linguistically ; I figured out the relationship between scums and contamination then In the third chapter . I mentioned the variety of contamination from the legistation point of view and the scholars' point of view as blood shed , vomit , suppuration , alchol , semen , supermatorrhea , urine , and dung .

Concerning the fourth chapter , I talked about poison , drugs , smoking pointing out its dangers and the scholars' points of view toward them . This was stated in four chapters . The first chapter is about the concept of poison , the legality of taking it and its immaculation .

In the second chapter , I talked about the concept of drugs and some of its varleties , pointing out its dangers and the proof from the Hogy Quran and Sunna Sherifa about it prohibition , as well as the scholars' points of view about the immaculation of hasheesh , opium , hentoane , In the third chapter , I talked about smoking and its dangers . and what the scholars of Islam say about itand their evidences . while the fourth chapter was about the idea behind prohibiting the scums .

The third section was dedicated to talk ablut the legislation of using scums through four chapters . In the first chapter I talked about the using of scum in food and drink .

In the second chapter, I talked about te legality of using scums as medical treatment as alchol and other anaesthetics rather than alchol , as well as using non anaesthetic scums as blood , urine, and carrions .

While in the third section , I pointed out the leqislation of using scums in cultivation and industry as watering plantations and fertilizing them by contamination , and the leqislation of making soap rom contaminated oil , and the bones of carrions – In addition to the legality of tannig animals skins and using them in industry as well as the legality of using alchol in food industry and the legality of using nutmeg in food .

I aldicated the last section ( four ) to talk about the legality of selling scun as sclling dogs , pigs , carrions , entertaining tools , idols , alchol and grapes used in alchol . In addition to blood , rubbic , dung and the legality of selling whaterer gets contaminated.

I concluded the research by pointing out the most significant results that I reached .
